Rather than writing fiction, Edith tells the story of her life. Her first book, Dancing on Stones: A Quest for Joy, is now out of print, but she's working on a sequel and expansion. Stay tuned!

Traditional publishers have to make a living, and no one can blame them for that--we all need to eat! With thousands upon thousands of authors vying for their attention, publishers simply must be selective. They can only afford to work with authors who have a big name or a huge media presence. This isn’t a value judgment, it’s just a practical reality.

Because we here at Gannah Group aren’t dependent on publishing for our livelihoods, we're free to publish books that reflect the reality of God rather than current market trends. Our goal isn't to reach everyone—it's to serve readers who want thoughtful, gospel-centered books that faithfully portray the God of the Bible and glorify Jesus.

We don’t want our books to scream, "Self-published!" but strive to produce professional quality products that are skillfully written, competently edited, and attractively designed.

We'll never get rich at it, but we hope these stories will enrich your life and encourage you in your walk with our Savior.

It all started when I gave up writing fiction...

... and while trying to detox from it, I ran across a little nonfiction book called Gospel in the Stars by Joseph A. Seiss. He put forth the theory that when God created the heavens and the earth, He arranged the constellations in a way that portrays the gospel message for all the world to see. I found it a fascinating thought.

Despite having sworn off the frustrations of fiction-writing, I decided sketch out a short story in which the characters discovered this "gospel in the stars" - but that short story quickly turned into a novel. That turned out to be the first in a series of four (Gateway to Gannah), and eventually launched a second series (Return to Gannah).

Somewhere in this long process, I discovered self-publishing. Some friends asked if I'd help them publish their books too. And so here we are.
